Firefighters and firefighting helicopters struggled to put out a massive blaze atop an under-construction skyscraper in Moscow on Monday.
According to Russian news agency Itar-Tass, the fire spread quickly because of strong winds at the top floors of the eastern tower in the Federation top Complex.
